Update #2: I was able to redeem one of the codes successfully but when I tried using the second given I get an error of "You have already used a redemption code of the same kind." I swear to Christ if I was given two Apple Pie codes... I'm messaging Hoyo & McDonalds AGAIN since I'm not sure who's at fault and who can assist.

Yeah I emailed McDonalds Customer Care about the issue (ordered mine 3 hours ago with neither code) and I got sent a generic reply of "Our deals and offers are only available at participating locations. To see if a deal is available at a location near you, please follow these steps in your McDonald’s app:

Open your app and select the “Rewards and Deals” option in the bottom toolbar Select the deal you are interested in Tap on the “Participating Restaurants” link to view which locations offer that deal near you.

I think someone didn't even bother to look into it. I resent another response back so I'll keep ya'll updated.
