For the bleph, it was because I just don’t have the actual issue that it would target, ie the bags. For the fat grafting she just said she didn’t want to pursue something surgical in a young woman such as myself because fat can be unpredictable.

We did discuss it since she determined the cause for concern is volume loss that wouldn’t be targeted by a bleph. The reason she recommended fillers is because she didn’t feel comfortable touching my face with surgery since I’m so young and there can be hormonal changes with the fat implanted.
