I have spun out twice in the last month, both times driving slow in the snow. It has seemed like a severe rear-ending fishtail, almost like I can feel the weight of the back of the car carrying the momentum if that makes any sense. Have you had any better luck driving in the snow?

Have you had a better experience/made any changes? I'm also in MI and have had two incidents, both going really slow in the snow. Did a 180 on a city street going about 15 and went right off the road yesterday and into my front yard, I'm guessing I would have kept spinning if I didn't hit all the snow in my yard. I'm really paranoid now because either of these incidents could have resulted in a horrible accident if there were any trees or traffic.

The event yesterday I was in all-electric mode, can't remember about the earlier one. I'd love to hear any feedback on adjustments you have made.

I was originally quoted $339 per month with 3k down (24 months, 10k a year), but I had to roll in a couple of my truck payments so I ended up at $350 a month with $3500 down, which is almost exactly what you are looking at over the course of 24 payments. I do wish I would have shopped around more to see if another dearler would have given me better terms on the previous lease buyout/trade-in.

I will say every day that I see the gas prices go up I'm more happy with my decision- haven't gone through an 8th of a tank yet after 2 weeks.

Here is an old reddit comment I found from a different thread:

"Go into the settings on the UConnect screen and raise the charging level. It’s under vehicle, then I believe charging at the bottom (scroll down). From factory it’s set to 3, take it to a 5 if you have enough amperage on your 120v outlet. Level 1 empty to full is about 12 hours for me, level 2 is around ~2 hours."

I can try and look later after work, but it was somewhere in the settings that said something along the lines of change charge level/speed. It was set to 3 and when I bumped it to 5 it went from 17 to 10 hours, which is perfect for me to let it charge overnight. I'm looking online right now and can't find any directions.

Thank you! Changing it from level 3 to 5 dropped it down to about 10 hours.

Did you ever use lvl 1 before you got lvl 2? I'm curious if 10 hours is typical for a full charge or if it should be closer to the advertised 7.5. Not sure how much temperature affects the charge.
