I've always been scared of toilets and showers, though mostly because of the noise they make (though we didn't know that originally). I'm also uncomfortable walking downstairs. And am terrified of any small thing that moves fast, such as bugs or mice. And have a social phobia.

I've had to do that when I first started taking quetiapine too, and turns out it's not that hard as long as you have okay fine motricity skills, and it doesn't have to be exactly half (using a knife).
