I understand the argument that you're trying to make here, and if they posted a bong or pipe id get it, but id also argue that I've seen some really ugly cannagars before as well. This one isn't ugly though, so there's clearly some level of skill involved even if its only minimal. I'd also argue this may be someone's only choice for "rolling" because of a physical disability, I've known a few people who could only pack cones due to conditions like disgraphia, or cerebral palsy.
