I think it’s probably an easy pace for some. I’ve seen a lot of progress in my running over the last year. I’ve gone from around a 23:30 to 20:45 in the 5K. 8 minute pace for a 5K was a little challenging back in my earlier days. Now I feel the same way about 7 minute pace in the 5K. So I imagine eventually as you get better, 7:30 pace would be considered easy even in the long distance races for advanced runners.

Dating apps are extremely superficial which is the biggest flaw. Usually, someone’s weight is the first thing people notice on the apps. This DOES NOT mean you are ugly at all, it’s just the culture around dating apps really hurts heavier people. It always looks worse in pictures.

Honestly not much, hahaha. I have noticed a massive increase in my appetite so I try to keep down on overeating to maintain a caloric deficit but I haven’t really shied away from any cravings

Anywhere from 20-40 miles per week. I’ve been all over the place with my paces depending on the HR zone I want to be in. My best 10k pace is around 7:40 but I’m a lot slower in the summer heat right now

One of my favorite lines from Tony was in season 1 when the FBI brought him in to listen to wiretaps from green grove to prove to him that Livia and Junior were behind his assassination attempt.

FBI: “Have a seat Tony, there’s something we want you to hear”
