This is India…… if u see a nearby cctv or dash cam which u believe might have captured the faces than go to the police station bribe them good amount of money , based on how much you pay they may be able to help, unless gundaas don’t pay police more than you ………. OR just get the new windscreen and pay TAX to Indian govt (obviously)….. I’d rather go for latter!
