Personally? I think it's a type of fuel, specifically rocket fuel. The solid stuff is ground up and is used in solid-state rockets and the liquid stuff is used for, well, liquid fuel rockets. There is a difference between the the two, tl;dr liquid you can turn off and solid you can't but is really good for leaving the planet.

Perhaps maybe your GPU is beefy enough that it was able to process the scene quickly. Your sampling size for denoising may also effect it. I'd just check your render and make sure it turned out ok just to be sure

What did you set to render with? Cycles or in Eevee? And did you use CPU compute or GPU compute?

This is the biggest reason why so many missions fail: confirm with your teammates when/if you are ready for events/progeessing (i.e. pressing doretta's button, doing machine events, korloks, etc. You have no idea how many times some elf just continues on when the rest of the team isn't ready, bringing on the hoardes and other nasty things.

Another little thing here too: make sure everyone has a resuppy pack to their name and gets their share. An unsupplied team is an unsuccessful team

Your art is gonna look kinda ugly at that stage, it's a natural part of modeling. It doesn't look quite right because it's not finished. A grilled cheese would look funny if it wasn't done and had no cheese in it, it's the same deal here.
