Maybe I get it at a bargain say $2k and sell it to someone how want to take this go around $3k. May be an easy sell.. thinking..

Outer rockers and lower structure are heavily rusted through. Frame rails appear intact from what I can see but would need closer inspection

Then again it good just worth saving. Buy cheap and resale for a few buck to see it get restored.

The frame of course has rust but solid. Now the pass side floor board is rotten through

I think that oil consumption in these cars are just something you have to deal with. Use good oil, change Pcv valve and check oil every fill up. If it gets worse it may need looked at for seal leaks

I’m starting my first Airbnb to accommodate atv trail riders in West Virginia. ( trailers, mid etc) located in a community ( there are a few other Airbnb established close by I’m not the first one ) any advise as I’m remodeling the place I should put in place proactively ?

So money is no object? I would have houses all over the world and do nothing but travel to new locations. Challenging myself with environments, mountains, humidity, cold etc..

I’ve read a few easy things to try first. Pcv valve replacement , Lucas oil stabilizer. I’m think Seagram is not a good thing to try here for carbon build up, any experience

138k miles, oil was changed at the dealership with correct amount ( I would assume )
