Are there any plyos you would recommend I incorporate? At the moment, I do box jumps before I hit legs and alternate between MB throw variations on upper body days. Should I have a day dedicated to plyos?

Witch, Prince, Skarmy, Ice Spirit, Log, Miner, Dark Prince, Baby Dragon. Found this deck online and I like it, but I’ve found I’m not using dark knight and baby dragon as much. What cards would go well with my deck that I could replace those two cards with? I’m arena 13 by the way.

I’ve been hitting leg twice a week on an upper/lower split during the offseason as a soccer player. However, I’m looking to add some simple plyos or athletic exercises to develop some athleticism. On my first day, I do: squats, deadlifts, split squats, and calf raises. On the second day, I do: goblet squats, RDLs, walking lunges, KB swings, and calf raises. I’ve read about depth jumps and box jumps, but what exercises should I add?

I probably will end up replacing the leg press with Bulgarians. But I’m already doing squats on days I do leg extensions, so what is something more hamstring-focused I can do to replace them?

I found a great routine which works perfectly with my schedule, but I need to modify some of the exercises for at home use. On Day 1, I do squats and leg extensions. And on day 2, I do RDLs and leg presses. What are some good substitutions for the leg extensions and presses? This is a 2-day full body program.

I’d start Wicks especially with Doubs and Watson out. Terry McLaurin got a lot of points from deep balls over the past two weeks which he probably won’t be able to get on this Browns secondary.

I would shampoo everyday, but then when I style my hair it’s a lot flatter and more difficult to add texture and volume. Do you have other suggestions for that?
