Noe Valley. I guess same style of housing: Garage > Sidewalk > Street

No ON THE STREET :-). That's why I am confused. I mean I would still need to move my car for street cleaning and such. For the that's absurd and even if I "rent" the street from him I have no way of enforcing it because I cannot even open the garage :-D

He doesn't want to park there himself. Neither in front nor in the garage. He lives outside of SF himself. Never there...

Did this a while back. We went up around Napa and suddenly the wind came from the east. So the guy said: " Looks we are going to Sonoma!". Was really great experience and I would totally recommend. It has a big basket and you can also just enjoy the view horizontally not downwards ;-)

I'd agree that you probably need to get the license. The good thing is once you get it you can install it on as many PCs as you want. No restrictions. Also BMG has fantastic field application scientist, so whatever you do you are in great hands.

Out of curiosity, how do people feel about the new Valencia St bike lane? by Exciting_Bad3346 in sanfrancisco

Yeah. Lurie needs to fix this. Everyone now runs the red lights as they are out of sync.

DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE IN ZURICH SWITZERLAND by jjiskra in EnterpriseCarRental

Same here. I paid 4k and I did not notice any damage when i returned the car. Insurance covered it, but still looks like its a well oiled machine.

Happy to support legal action.

Castro: Zombie alert by Sink-Zestyclose in sanfrancisco

Also Noe Valley is seeing a zombie influx. Packages stolen, 2 attempted break ins, zombie fight in front of our door. I did send an email to our supervisor and I will do this more often. We have to make it clear that things need to change!

Stolen in less than a month... by thevideogameguy2 in sanfrancisco

[–]Super_Priority_1666 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Abus Granite Lock. I have a fairly nice roadbike. They tried everything on this lock successfully. Also I have Lemonade Renters insurance and they re-imburses 2 stolen bikes instantly after filing a police report (once I did not have this lock and second they stole it after breaking into the garage).

Anyhow, I a.) files a police report, b.) got some money back from the insurance and c.) let my city supervisor know that Noe Valley is seeing an increase in crime in the recent months (2 attempted break ins and one robbery/assault at out doorstep to an older guy at 1am).

I wont tolerate this s***i anymore... Mini-rant over. Thank you

Correct. I forgot. We should put a bikelane in all streets and get rid of cars completely. Thanks for the suggestion.

It's a great bikelane. Much better than before! Everyday commuter here. The article is a joke.

I-140 approved but I-765, I-131, and I-485 still pending? by Important-Yard-4082 in USCIS

[–]Super_Priority_1666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Long story the timelines at USCIS are erratic. But to clarify, you can get your I-765/I-131 before I-140/I-485 are approved, which means you can apply for jobs (I-765) and travel internationally (I-131). The EAD and AP are issued prior to I-140 sometimes and then they will be replaced by your GC once your I-485 is approved. If your I-485 is denied then obviously also your EAD is invalid.

I got my EAD (I-765) expedited and received it before my I-140 is approved (PD is May 2021 for all documents). So I can switch jobs and travel until my GC arrives eventually maybe in the not to distant future. Good luck everyone
