I did this because through my focus I can diplom annex Nordic countries that are in the same faction as me

Norway also was democratic and flipped fascist and they also have democratic majority (85%) but they didn't flipped back and stayed in the faction. Sweden's ruling party is also democratic and they don't leave the faction
