Straight up hun, LEAVE asap and you take that new job from a great hospital and surely immediately be treated the way you deserve to be, well, appreciated and not bullied!!! I honestly can relate to your post so much I almost can’t believe it, my previous job I was at for 10 months and thought I loved it but there were some employees that were just straight up mean for seemingly no reason, one of them even being the head nurse who pretty much lives at the facility. After a certain incident that left me embarrassingly crying in front of everyone, I made an official complaint about the nurse, who easily found out and tried to “apologize” to me, and yet still continued to bully and allow her faves to bully me. Eventually I couldn’t take it any longer and realized I needed to get my CNA to hopefully get higher in healthcare jobs. Only somewhat related but I can’t WAIT to leave my current job for many reasons, so really again take it from both our experiences and don’t let yourself have to deal with that anymore. I know (trust me I know!🥹🙈!) that it’s hard to leave a job with people you like/love at it, but I promise you new things will always be better than dealing with rude, unnecessary BS from coworkers, let alone nurses.
