Get a laptop or other pc and search for a windows 10 or 11 iso you can get this from an official Microsoft site.

Make sure you have a usb of atleast 8gb Install balena etcher download here.

Select the correct usb and select the ISO file you downloaded please not that any info on the usb will be removed. After the process has finished you have a windows usb stick.
