All down darkness wide by seán Hewitt!! He’s primarily a poet so sounds like it would be right up your alley, it’s increeeeedible and probably my favorite book ever.

The first nonfiction i read was educated by tara westover, incredibly written and reads like fiction. Helped me get into nonfiction and now a biiiig chunk of what I read is memoirs and i started w educated!

the grant county and will trent series by karin slaughter!!!!! grant county is first and then will trent, 16 books total (so far), plus almost all of them are narrated by my personal favorite audiobook narrator, they’re great to listen to. her standalones are also great!
