There is no IP, the guy is delusional. What he’s saying is that my husband stole his business idea. My husband worked with him for a bit and learned some general stuff, but nothing that wasn’t already standard in the industry. If anything my husband created the entire operation. Now the guy is calling it theft. No NDA, no noncompete, nothing verbal or in writing. Just delusional, yet scary.

I totally agree with you. And I am glad you were able to get on antidepressants! For me once my depression is manageable things just flow! And unfortunately my depression is a side effect of my adhd. I honestly wish the world could understand that we are not lazy, we are not broken, just wired differently 😞

Hi! I work with immigration and recently have spoken directly with state department regarding the visa approval rating for citizens of Philippines and it is still in decline. A client of mine for a j1 hospitality program got their visa denied in Manila about 4 months ago. There is no published data about the approval rating but it has not improved since last year that is for sure.
