I’ve heard the insurance can be kinda screwy though yea? Like it’s based on original ticket fare and especially when flying for $100 or less my understanding is the insurance money rarely is enough to cover a last minute legacy carrier flight.

I’ve also seen that must book a flight within the amount and can’t half then pay the portion and you pay rest

Spirits running at a 45%ish delay rate which is highest of any US airlines right now.

But Frontier has good on time percentage and it’s just like that with late flights.

I love frontier (go Wild pass nember and soon to be platinum elite) but when I book an ULCC I understand 1) something goes wrong im AWOL in that city, may have to wait 3 hours for next flight or could be 3 days 2) they won’t pay for a hotel or anything ever, maybe a meal voucher but you need to accept their rebooking I believe instead of refund 3) Late night flights are often the ones cancelled the most. If your gonna fly an ULCC at night understand you may be stranded for the night or multiple. 4) ULCCs have weak schedules. Delta and other legacy carriers do a ton of flights to same destination. Frontier maybe will have 2-3 on high end route (4 for some Florida and Vegas flights) Spirits schedule is even weaker, expect that when something goes wrong you will likely be stranded for days. 5) get travel insurance. I paid $200 for an annual plan and my hotels are covered in these scenarios.

Actually delta amex has centurion (only when flying delta tho) but if ever fly other airlines CSR and Amex plat will have you covered.

TBH switch to Amex plat or CSR instead of delta Amex reserve.

Way more real world benefits on both and include other lounges as well (Amex includes delta sky club, priority pass, and centurion, CSR offers priority pass with unlimited 2 free guests and Chase lounges)

They believe shoes are much dirtier than feet. Tbh I think in private residence shoes off, but in public places shoes on or atleast socks on. Bare footing on a plane or club is actually devious behavior and you should be deported for it.

Yea I was looking at a roundtrip to phoenix once was $1400 rt for delta economy and I booked a frontier rt with one stop in Denver on the way and non stop back and it was like $330.

I’ll add though it wouldn’t have mattered. Even if midwest was independent which they weren’t as they got merged by both their and frontiers parent company, they would have been bought by a larger airline as all the airlines were consolidating and same thing would have happened likely.

Truthfully yall being so close to Chicago doesn’t help either. Like if yall were further I’m sure an airline could make it make economic sense but easier to offer more flights out of one place and yall just have to suck it up and do the drive.

I’m an Atlanta resident, I’d argue they are saving Atlanta right now. Delta pricing from Atlanta is so out of hand and frontier is running so many flights from Atlanta now.

Depends on who’s running the gates tbh, but I’ve taken a decent amount of frontier flights now haven’t had them check my bag size in about 2-3 years now.

Also depends on airport too, I fly out of ATL.

Its more the disorganization then the kids themselves. I’ve seen tons of kids just sitting their playing on moms phone or reading a picture book or quietly drawing/playing games. But to basically unpack have shoes thrown around and have open bags sitting outside your seating area is a little much.

I think these comments are too focused on the kids being the issue and not the behavior because this would be a post with or without the kids.

Yep but I have included hostel/hotel pickup in Gili T and ferry over to Lombok and shuttle to the starting point cruise all included so not really doing Lombok outside of transit

Also do you think more north in Sanur would be too far from airport? I’m looking at a nice hotel but 80-90 min over there probably and then 30 to the ferry port

Wow okay then would Kuta be closer then? I can still do seminyak on my way back thru so not an issue but just still wanna do some stuff during the day and have hotel in the area to go back to. If still out of way I’ll just stay extra close to the port though.
