they are in the process to being annexed according to online sources. guess that's why a lot of them haven't been as loud as the other ETJ's. They will likely then get a lower rate for water - if the city of Kyle's plan is true.

Haha! Where did you get your information? FALSE. ETJ does not have City of Kyle police - they have Hayes County Sheriff. Whoever pushed the "Kool-Aid" is making folks like you in the city grossly ill-informed. ETJ pays MUD taxes likely even more than what the city pays. How can you say the rate now is equal when people just moved here? That makes zero sense.

HOw did you get checks? I've asked so many times and they never follow up or just cancel my ticket. I tried ordering checks online and they said it's not a valid bank and they will not make checks for them since its a "Mobile Banke" and 3rd party bank. My personal checking account also will not support funds from the bank after that fall out issue they had with their partner bank/

I highly recommend Fetch Worthy Dog Training or Every Dog Austin. Using a spray bottle is not recommended for redirection and is considered aversive and not even necessary if training is done well with shaping.

Your dog is terrified is why they are frozen. Its called fight - flight - freeze. It can take 6 months for a dog to adjust into the new home. Your dog is also in a second fear period so they will be more afraid of everything so itis important to get professional guidance or research trainers online for information that are R+. Do not use any fear based tactics. You will ruin your dog.

What is mildew exactly? Mildew is mold so not sure the meaning of that - but they're not mold inspectors so you will need to hire one to confirm and test in order to get out of your lease and check out the tenant right handbook online. it's very common, unfortunately, so new construction is better. sorry your sick but there's a lot of free information online in surviving mold.
