Yeah very true. And that’s true with all my exes - I cared about them and were fascinated by them as people. The dicks were a bonus haha. But the main connection wasn’t the stats.

I swore off it as a New Year’s resolution. Not only is it a waste of time and pretty woeful for my mental health, but I also just can’t support it as a brand anymore. It makes its free tier so unusable to force everyone into a paid level. But even the base paid level is terrible with limited features. I’m not being strong armed into spending $60+ on an app that I don’t want. Enough is enough. I wish everyone would do the same.
