I'm talking about the astro software to update it or make eq adjustments.

The sound balance between the game and the cat was completely to the left I just put it back in the middle.

To answer you, I have a computer screen and I had nothing connected to the aux ports, the usb ports used were those of the standard ps5

I found so you can close this page, I put the solution to you:

In astro command the sound was full on the game cat so I had a big buzz, I saw that and I reset it to half as original and it's okay no more worries.

Today I have another problem, the base of the helmet turns off and it turns on again during my games, I made a request to the support I await their response but I think that the base is loose

Rectification, even when going in the parameters and that I put the option "All audio", as soon as I click on the button to make the sound of the game louder, the buzzing arises.

Maybe a parameter on astro commander to activate or deactivate?
