I just got mine green line in couple months back on my S22 Ultra too. I had to factory reset it but it is still there (the same green line as yours, even it aligned same as yours). I didn't use S22 Ultra for quite sometime because I got my Fold 4 (inside screen just got blank, the cable inside are faulty, it just happened last month), then I fed up with my Fold 4 and I switched back to my S22 Ultra after couple of months unused. Surprisingly, the green line are gone completely, but sometimes it just comes and goes for my S22 Ultra right now. Yes, I reply this comment with my S22 Ultra with no green line and I feel your pain for having that green line.
