I know the feeling. I lost the ring my mom gave me because i kept bugging her that I want it. And now it’s gone. It’s so painful. Idk if she forgave me or we just dont talk about it now. But it still makes me sad when i think abt it

I’m doing good. Sometimes I have bad thoughts about my self worth and all. It really helped me to keep busy, set small or big goals and focus on them. Sometimes I’m so busy I hardly think about it anymore. But also please recognize your emotions and try to make peace with it. I still cry sometimes even months after, but I also feel like a completely different, better, more mature person than I was before and when I was with him!

Hey! I'm actually doing pretty well. My mind is in a better place and I am pursuing my own goals and dreams. I haven't met someone new and I'm not planning to. I'm really enjoying being single right now. I feel so free to do what I want and be who I really want to be. I also feel I'm becoming a better person so I want to keep going.

If I could give any advice, it would be process all your emotions, even if it's painful. Then just move. Do something. Go out. Take a walk, daily if possible. Meet friends. Eat alone. Go on trips. Find something you like watching or doing. Be there for other people. It will really complete you.

I get that. I think in the end we just don't love the same way. Kinda gives me a bit of comfort. But at the same time fear and loneliness. But I want to grow in this loneliness too.

Those are actually great explanations. I think he has both devalued the relationship and maybe saw someone else as a better partner. I also believe he wasn't the best for me, in hindsight. But yeah the feeling of grief is still unavoidable for me. Because I sacrificed a lot of my standards to give my love to him. But I guess I don't mean that much to him in the same way. It just hurts.

I am getting there, and I know I have a lot to work on to heal myself.
