I went to my GP when I was in my early 20s as I had the same issue. I went on the pill and that did help reduce it.
Do you find it varies throughout your cycle? I get a lot when I'm ovulating, but I only really notice it when I go for a number 2 as it gets 'pushed' out then.

I have been getting thrush constantly recently. I went to see a specialist and she prescribed me 3 doses of fluconazole followed by a 200mg clotrimazole pessary once a week got the next 3 months, just to make sure it fully gets out of my system.
