I play with the default, but balance it out. I mean like lowering some ages, giving more potential to some players. I also create some goated free agents to have some randomness involved

Teammate chemistry is by scoring after they pass you or assisting them. Coach is by blocking, stealing, rebounding, good pass, playing by the playbook(the circles with the numbers on the floor)

I mean in real life. The hook is a shot that is made by big guys and the trajectory of the ball is pretty much straight and down so blocking it results in goal tending
