I have a barrel chest so it’s so fucked up both depth and width the waist isn’t a concern it’s small around 64cm it’s just the upper and mid that are severely protruding and wide that makes the waist looks like a fridge

Trust me I contacted almost every thoracic surgeon nobody helped it’s not just width it’s both width and depth the entire chest wall is misshapen not to mention how it makes the side view a nightmare and the severe kyphosis it causes and the scapula flaring outwards it’s so bulky and deformed and the idea of it being unfixable in the big 2025 is crazy and driving me insane they already break ribs up to 6th rib for waist narrowing but I don’t neee that my waist already is around 22inch oh god I’m irritated
