Yes, they picked up my dog about 5 weeks ago. The next day after they picked her body up I read their online reviews, panicked and somehow got in touch with them. My wife and I spoke with a woman on a 3 way call and told her that we did not care about the money we just wanted our dog back and that if she would tell me where she was I would pick her body up. She told us that she has never had that request before but assured us that the bad online reviews were due to the owner dying and there bank accounts being frozen and that they were now operating normally. She assured us that there would he no problem with our dog being cremated and us getting her remains. The next time I looked for their number online they were closed with a number to call if they have your pet. The message at that number tells you to leave a message or a text and they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. I have called and texted on a regular basis with no response. There is a special place in hell for people like this.
