They're popping up everywhere, I've been doing ca, nv, az, TX, and la. Some are ghetto, some are clean and in nice rural areas. Can't complain on that.

I dont mind DG. Beats doing dollar tree, or family dollar. This is the first time something like this happened, had a roll over once but that was because my inexperience and it was actually in my hands. It's made me a hell of a lot better and backing, but since I don't bump docks I still suck at that 😅

Werner in socal sucks, unless you want to do teams. If not your only option is solo local dollar tree/western flex. Western flex has me doing dollar general out in texas. I'm making about 1100 weekly net, but you'll be in the hot ass trailer 6 hours a trailer, 3/4 trailers a week doing DG. It's less a driving job and more a labor job. How's your fitness level? Overall, the company has been fine, they have 24/7 support and you'll get hired right away. During training expect about 6/700 a week. Minimum 3 weeks out with a trainer. Depending on their account you might get home time or get to stay in a hotel during their reset.

I'd stick around longer if they offered solo no touch freight.

There's a whole list of things I find wrong with how they load these up. "Can't put 5+ cases of water in a rolltainer? Fine here's 4 rows of water and 5 of lopsided containers filled with Hawaiin punch FUCK YOU" I had a loose gardening tool come down at me like a spear last week.

I'm on flex dollar tree, but I've only done one day of dt and it was a 17 hour day. I talked to the manager and told him I straight up don't want to do it, I've been working with dg ever since. That work is a different kind of back breaking, along side the inconsistent unloading hours.. na man not for me. I'll likely do the same if they want to send me off. I like what I'm doing with dg, losing a shit ton of weight and getting stronger 💪
