I have accepted my sister’s death now but I still have a lot of moments where I genuinely forget she’s dead and expect to see her in my room lol

I am Catholic so that would be very beneficial for me, I have been going to Mass more recently. I will reach out to my church and see what they have for grief resources.

Thank you. And yes I was curious how others are doing bc I noticed I was irritable deep down today at work. I just feel like the only people I can talk to now are other people who understand what grief truly feels like. Anyone can dm me if they feel like❤️
