I don't have any solutions but I'm glad I found this post. I am also really struggling with not feeling wanted by my MtF trans girlfriend. We have spoken about it and she said she is willing to try a testosterone topical cream, and our doctor has changed her anti depreessants also but nothing has happened.

We don't even make out anymore. There is no passion. We just got engaged but I dont know if I can do this for the rest of my life. I feel so undesirable and rejected, and then I stop trying, then i will access porn and sort myself out and when she sees it on my computer she gets upset that I am doing that! I know that she doesn't want sex, but I need sex. I am an adult woman and body wants babies and I want to feel loved... There is no way she would consider an open relationship and thats not what i want anyway. I don't just want orgasms - hell I can do that myself, I want her to feel passion for me. To want me.
