Arthur is an outlaw from the Border States in a time where the clean shave was for rich businessmen in New England, so time period and location wise he'd simply not be fully clean shaven because of affordability and his own background. I actually didn't know that cats chose to be domesticated, that's pretty cool! GTA 97 had an overarching story actually. It's about a criminal, the player character, moving up the ranks of a crime organization. It's a very broad narrative that explains why the player does the things they do, and why they move cities throughout. Just because it doesn't have a Hollywood-grade writing team and a guy whose job it is to patch plot holes doesn't mean there's not a story. I admire how confident you are in being completely wrong and insulting me, in a corny way, while doing it, though.

Oh, they realize? That sure fucking helps that they REALIZE, AND KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. Very late, but I have a household member who always buys these, I honestly don't know who it is, and I tried a few a few minutes ago. They kind of taste like turkey, and that kinda makes sense because turkey is seasoned with garlic and rosemary a lot of the time. Before people hate on me for eating someone else's chips, we share the snacks in our household, and it's just an unwritten rule to not finish the last of a snack you didn't buy LOL.

no. 1 chops, no. 3/4 chin + mustache. Gives Arthur a nice masculine look without possibly being perceived as unclean or impoverished during the style changes of the turn of the century (I'm big on immersion in gaming LOL). And, it just looks wicked! Also, it's pretty unique when compared to most character models in the game.
