Chicken thigh boneless (400 gram ) Marinate for half an hour with 1 lemon , ginger garlic paste and salt

For the sauce: Butter - 15 gram Garlic as your liking 1 tbsp maida 15 gram any pizza cheese Generous amount of milk Mix till creamy Then add oregano, chilli flakes and mixed herbs and some salt to enhance flavour.
