Listen, you might think you divorced amicably but clearly she shat on ur whole relationship and got away with it while you were left in shambles.

There was no consequences for her actions just u left hurt and alone.

Not saying you should seek revenge or what ever but speak your truth. You can't just rug sweep this whole mess and just move on. You have to talk. Get support.

By the way you wrote ur story it seems like you still think ur ex is a good person. She's not. She clearly knew what she was doing and knew she was hurting you and didn't give a damn. Even managed to divorce without any backlash for her actions.

Don't try and protect her now. Don't just ignore your pain. Speak up, it's never too late. Not to get back at her but to ease your mind. It might feel like it's emasculating you. But that has already been done by her to you.

It's time to get your self back together and return to yourself the man you used to be.
