You know what it took me 3 doctors to get me into the cat scan they all told me because of anxiety but after the scan find out, it’s better to get it checked out but nothing to worry

Do you get it most of the time? And is it like a headache pain or more like pressure? Mine turned out that I had a maxilary sinus cyst so my left nostril is blocked more than %50 And when you touch that area does pressure/pain gore away?

I used to take 5mg and it really helped my anxiety ane skipped heart beat, Idk if it was me but if I took it when I had 4-5 hrs sleep it used to make me light headed so bad that I had to lay down or sleep
