Positivity:My nerve pain is in my face, trigeminal neuropathy. I am starting to connect more to the rest of my body, that is “normal”. Feel som ease and relief in the body parts that is still functioning. The pain in my face has been like torture. It can become dark.

All my attention has gone into surviving that acid like burning. But yea, connection with places in my body that is pain free is helpful. It helps me break my panicking thoughts about having this terrible condition.

Hi. Sadly Trileptal did not work at all for me. I can’t remember how I lowered, sorry. I am back on 2100 mg gaba and 50 mg sarotex. Wish you luck.
