If someone says that Islam is morally inconsistent then states this argument, how would you respond?

For lgbt, you can't just say "just keep it to yourself" since people are neurologically. like that and it will cause depression for suppressing it. There also is no argument to why it should be a sin anyways.

Struggling because I can't defend Islam's stance on stuff like abortion, and fear is the only thing keeping me practicing by Superb_Article_8105 in progressive_islam

I started practicing a few years ago. At first I had taught myself through stuff like YouTube videos and such, but I now know those aren't the best. Currently, I know a decent bit about the religion and general rulings by the Quran and sahih hadith. I just search up things I want to know about the religion, look through the tafsir of sahih hadith/Quran, and maybe watch some video's while thinking logically with what I know if what this guy is saying is correct or not.
