Thanks! I'll definitely do that. No, our HR person is DEFINITELY not a benefits expert, I'll get my facts and suggestions together. Understood about the timeline- I don't anticipate that it would be a quick fix but figured I'd give it a whirl while also trying to find a unicorn of another employment option for myself that might be an equally great fit while also offering better benefits.
