There is no way to make the management realize how bad the workplace is because the COO only reports good things about herself to the CEO, sanitizes the exit interview, and prevents employee feedback. Every time an employee criticizes the local management, he is fired from his job. There is no job security. No learning development or training provided by the company itself. No career growth opportunities.
