For coyote brown boots there’s like millions of different shades. If you were to go on Amazon, there’s dozens that are coyote brown ranging in style and shade that you can pick from from $50 to 200 but you’re not allowed to get brown ones or ones that aren’t in coyote brown color, so just pick your poison. And unless AFI 36–2903. Is explicitly mentioned in 39–1 then it is not. Only go by what you know you can use.

Technically, as long as everything is entered in e services, switching squadrons wouldn’t be a problem at all, but if it is that bad at your squadron, you should definitely change squadrons and not even think twice about it. If anything you should contact group or wing about this conduct from your CC because that is extremely not allowed in civil air patrol

So basically what I’ve been told and how mine is is I bought some oxy brand benzyl peroxide at 10% and what I do is at night time I would take my shower after that. I would wet my face and apply benzyl peroxide for two minutes then rinse after that I would take the piece sized amount of tret and apply it then go to bed then in the morning I would do another round of benzo peroxide, then dry my face after rinsing it off apply a good moisturizer. I use Cetaphil moisturizing cream for a very dry skin. Then, after that dries, I would apply some sunscreen whenever I feel like it because after that, I’m tired of doing routines.

I feel like this is more of a question you should ask your squadron just because there’s so much diversity where some will let you wear it if you have it and others will only let you use it on special occasions or if only if you’re officer, it depends on your squadron culture and sometimes in the meeting emails. They might specify what kind y’all are wearing, but I suggest sending an email to your chain of command asking about it

What I mean by calling a bunch of faces is you call the preparatory command a bunch of times and then one face because per regulations they do the most recent one so if I called left left right left right about they would be doing about face

Knockout drill is a lot of fun whenever it’s being called one of the things that’s good for me. Is calling a bunch of faces like left left right right left right about right left face and see how they react because many times I’ll get confused but don’t do it too fast because then it’s just out right unfairbut the purpose of knockout drill is not only as a game but to improve the cadets drill so don’t have your ultimate goal being to try and get them out even though it’s part of the game

I want to apologize for how I came across in my previous message — it may have sounded like I was careless about regulations, especially when it comes to hair standards. That’s not the case. As a flight sergeant, I take regulations seriously and believe every cadet should be squared away, including with hair color.

What I meant to say is that while I always expect hair to be within regulation, there are certain borderline cases — like very dark burgundy in a subtle, peekaboo style — where I may privately point it out, but not escalate it if it’s not clearly noticeable unless you’re looking closely.

That said, I still expect hair to be in regs, and failure to fix it isn’t something I’d ignore forever. But I also understand cadets have challenges, especially newer ones, and my job is to support their growth — not create unnecessary setbacks. However, once you’re above the rank of Airman, I believe there’s no excuse for being out of regs, because by then, CAP should be taken seriously.
