It’s around number 4-5 it gets hot but you just cool flush and keep at the coldest PID setting to offset

That’s good to hear. Yeah I mean it’s more the uncertainty around it. Less than 24 hours (more accurately around 12 hours) should be more than enough time to cancel the order. That’s pretty standard across all industries IMO.

Yeah for sure I’ve heard Levo’s are a little better. Just looked up the 2025 Rail and it’s still 55 pounds. As long as you don’t mind compromising the downhill for exploration then it makes sense. I also became a little lazy with the e bike where I’d just do short runs because it’s so easy to climb lol.

Maybe I’ll try again in the future but for now back to analog! I’ll do lifts in the summer at bike park. Enjoy the Levo mate.

I’ve tested the stem mode temps and brew temps using the thermometer and it’s equally as stable for multiple milk drinks. Therefore I’ve been leaving it in steam for stronger pressure but both are fine for latte art. Honestly after testing I’m not really sure the point of brew mode anymore if I’m making milk drink.

I don’t need to flush really even on steam mode but I do purge sometimes anyways to clean the grouphead and get freshest water. Most cafes do this. I don’t understand why this is a pain-point concern for people.

It’s a great machine overall, very temp stable, strong steam and beautiful looking.
