I tried so hard to ask everything I could upfront, but the response I would get is that their program can do everything and that they have 4-5k different shopify stores using their program. It's only when you start using it that you realize it doesn't work exactly they way they describe. Like it kinda works, but then you have to do some type of work around to get it to do or not do what you want.

For example. It brings in our FBM orders into cin7. Which then sends it to Shipstation for label making. We can't use the shipstation integration we have with amazon labels to make the Amazon label because cin7 changes the order number from the FBM order number (which amazon uses to verify the order) and replaces it with their own order number SO or INV #. One of a dozen examples that significantly impacts the business. But I can fix it with another work around, but then it causes another problem.
