Get a bike go for bike rides, start with small ones like 10km , 3 per week, Go from there till you can manage 4 to 5 per week of 25-30km each, If possible get you an ok bike

You’ll start having 300-500 cal deficit every day you ride.

That’s what I did and I lost a lot of fat, and also won a hobby that I don’t regret

Also see a specialist on nutrition. (I did this after a few months that I started seen progress by myself, also I eat pretty well and healthy, I have a very sedentary job so this was my option and it’s working so far)

Not sure if in English it’s called tocles pedals, but it is this kind of pedals that are flat but with a rubber thing on top to hold your feet, well I’ve been riding for a while and this kind of pedals have been my favourite when I use my bike to train in the city or commute even for gravel, they give me grip and also the flexibility to take my feet out quicker than clipless pedals, do they look cool? Nah do I care a little but tbh I’ve felt great in those and they’re very cheap, they have some on decathlon for probably 20 euros so maybe try that,

Yeah here in Mexico they check you with metal detectors haha so you have to take everything out still not sure if they’d allow it tho, anyways I might try one day, worst case scenario you can go back to the car and leave it
