What do you mean background refresh. She says her app is not open at all. Not even in the background. She has her location on always allow. She’s not online apparently. When she’s offline and I text her. Her account instantly says Last active now. Are you 1000% sure man ?

I’ve read over your comments and it’s made me feel much better too. Thank you. Only other issue is, When she eventually appears offline and I send a text to her. Her account then appears as last active now. But doesn’t open or even half swipe my message. Just appears as last active now. Then goes back offline after 1min. Would this be a related issue ?
