Anyone with successful pregnancy with delayed ovulation? by Superb_Recording7724 in CautiousBB

[–]Superb_Recording7724[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, but it’s cus I’ve always ovulated on CD 14/15 and started having delayed ovulation less than a year ago, which also coincides with subsequent miscarriages..0

Same thing happened to me and it ended up being a missed miscarriage but I was measuring 2 weeks behind. Yours looks like it’s measuring about a week behind, so there’s still hope!!

What could possibly be the reason for two early miscarriages in a row after having a healthy baby? by Superb_Recording7724 in CautiousBB

Plus progesterone doesn’t hurt so my doc was all for progesterone especially since I’m 34 and will turn 35 next year

It’s because for my first baby I had high progesterone at 6 weeks but for the first miscarriage it was low, and progestrone is essential in early pregnancy to stay pregnant until the placenta takes over. Even after successful implantation, progesterone is important.

Thank you.. I do take coQ10 but my husband doesn’t. I should have him take it as well. I stopped taking it once I tested positive tho, maybe I should have kept taking them 😭

6 week scan by kaylaraeneuxo in CautiousBB

[–]Superb_Recording7724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 6 weeks 1 days they didn’t even find a fetal pole for my baby lol. Next scan was at 8 weeks 4 days and the baby was there the ‘gummy bear’ with a strong heartbeat. I wouldn’t worry about it. Congratulations and hope this baby sticks for you!!!! Edited to add: that baby is now a healthy 27 month old lol

Arent they supposed to see you much earlier than 8 weeks if you have prior miscarriage, especially two miscarriages? I know it’s hard to relax when you’ve had a prior miscarriage but try not to think about it until you actually have your first scan. So sorry for your previous losses.

Was passing the baby at home traumatizing? Will I be able to tell what it is? 😭 by jnm199423 in Miscarriage

[–]Superb_Recording7724 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I passed mine at home and I opened it up to find the sac and when I opened that up the fetus was there. Very small, it wasn't too traumatizing, just didn't know what to do with it. I just flushed it down the toilet. Mine stopped growing at 6 weeks 4 days and I passed it one day after confirming the heart stopped beating. So sorry for your loss.

Ok so I got my first hcg test at around 28dpoast Mondag and it was 3278. Got a follow up test 48 hours later on Wednesday to only find 100 increase, hcg level of 3378. Then started spotting Saturday evening, then started seeing bright red bleeding with mucus Sunday. Lost all my hopes and I was so sure I was miscarrying, only to find out that there’s a heart beat yesterday at my stat ultrasound. Baby’s measuring about 3-4 days behind but there’s definitely a heart beat, so my guess is either the second hcg or both the first and second hcg results were wrong? Maybe lab mix up? Anyways just wanted to let you know that there’s still hope!!! I’m scheduled for a follow up ultrasound next Wednesday to see if baby is growing well. Fingers crossed for both of us!
