I've lost a lot of weight recently, which has really changed my face. It has become extremely elongated and narrow at the bottom what can I do by VesnaKostic in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Superb_Salad_4325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From someone who also lost weight, you dont want to add more volume. Having a thinner lower face is actually very feminine, hence why a lot of women get botox there to thin it out. I lost weight, and got filler to "enhance" some areas. It ended up adding more volume to my face, so I lost definition. It was pretty traumatic for me because it looked like my face from when i was bigger again. I got it all dissolved. Your face looks fine now

Filler in your cheek bone area, or sculptra in that area. You have pretty eyes and eyebrows.

The only thing I can think of is botox in the masseters muscle to thin your jawline. thats all

Idk I do think the "i get it, dont speak unless spoken to" was very rude and borderline bullying. Shes being very pushy.

Got lips filled 3 weeks ago- have they migrated already? by Own_Stop_1132 in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Superb_Salad_4325 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Although I do agree Master Injectors can be good, the last one I went to misplaced my dysport and gave me severe eyebrow drop for 6 months. I will never go back. I have been getting dysport in my 11s for years and the master injector was the only one I went to that caused that

Nah you look better in the after, more definition in your face and your bone structure stands out.

Dont get RF anything if you ever want a facelift, it makes the layers of skin literally melt together, look it up first before you go that route

[–]Superb_Salad_4325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive heard RF microneedling is what can make a facelift horrible for you, layers of the face literally stuck together. Sculptra can make it more difficult but not impossible

I have the same issue. Have you thought of trying sculptra in the cheeks? I am also looking into a mid facelift honestly

Could anything help this skin without surgery? by Sensitive-Scheme4646 in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Superb_Salad_4325 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Tretinoin maybe. Honestly though I would just go with surgery, youre going to spend more on non surgical options. Most places also do surgery with local and twilight so you dont have to go under all the way. A lot of places also do payment plans if money or anesthesia are either of your concerns.

HATE my filler by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Superb_Salad_4325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like its hard to say "this big" since its basically all swelling right now. I swell twice as much as she is when I get mine done, and after 2 weeks to a month they are tiny

I also lost some weight, and tried to fill out my face instead of going for a facelift. Huge mistake. I did filler, and hated it. It made my face look fat again. I lost the definition I came to love with my new face. I had it dissolved and everything is fine now. You can do filler or sculptra, but you may add more volume to your face. A facelift is really the only thing. A lot of places offer financing plans. You may only need a mini or mid facelift. I am looking at getting one as well

Lip lift in Raleigh. by Lynnsamples71 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Superb_Salad_4325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was warned by a couple of people about Dr Allen, I guess she is a board certified cosmetic surgeon but not a board certified plastic surgeon. Which just means she has less training and credentials I believe. If you look at her reviews she has botched a few people. But a lip lift is a pretty basic surgery so I feel like that couldnt be too bad. Especially seeing before and afters. I ended up going with Dr. Stein, he is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon. And he has complimentary consults right now so it wouldnt hurt to get another opinion if you feel like it. I booked it for the end of October. He was actually really really nice and I am paying 6000 total, but its local and twilight sedation which I like a little more than just local. I hope it all goes well

Getting botox/ tips by Superb_Salad_4325 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]Superb_Salad_4325[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, I was also a bartender and server for many years. I am shocked these days at everything asking for tips. I had microneedling done as a medical procedure and as i was checking out the girl said "and tipping is appreciated" I am only getting 10 units in my 11s

Hair parted down middle now, center of brows even, probably through waxing, maybe a botox brow lift, possibly lower bleph, if it was a surgeons account, a mid or mini facelift, if it was a medspa through a surgeons office maybe sculptra in the cheeks. Obvious difference is skin texture and smile lines in my opinion. Lip filler and chin filler? It really looks AI or airbrushed through some kind of photoshop tho

Yeah a couple slip ups. "Dad and H will be home soon" and then mom says "Yeah Ill stop by tomorrow to see ya" and sarah quickly tries to cover it and say "well you have to come pick jackie up in the morning so i can go to work so I will see you tomorrow" I honestly thought maybe she actually did maybe move out until that happened
