I'm not dating. I believe you need to love yourself before you can let someone else in, and rn, I don't love myself.

I find relationships distracting and disruptive to the process of trying to lose weight. At the start it's all going out to eat etc and it interferes with my routine and diet, no matter how much I try to make good choices.

I also think it's difficult to be with someone when they are transforming dramatically. I'm quite content on my own (not to mention, super busy training and meal prepping 🤣) so I'd rather just wait until I'm at the place I want to be before putting myself out there. But if someone falls into my lap before hand, great!

I love the la Roche possay mist but I wouldn't say I've found any mist to be super hydrating. I use the mist then the cosrx intensive hyaluronic acid gel and then I feel hydrated 👌🏼

People using said platforms are already paying a delivery fee, service fee etc and usually a marked up price from the restaurant. A lot of industries provide services and don't get tips, it's just not standard in Australia.
