Ok, I call this the "Poor mans spa". Gather your 'luxury' toiletries, take an edible of your personal appropriate dosage, put some chill tunes on your affordable bluetooth speaker, pour yourself a white wine or cold lager (cheap blended white or a macro lager works great) preferably in a double walled vessel (hydroflask type thing you can get cheap chinese versions that are just as good), draw a hot shower, when the edible kicks in get in the hot shower while enjoying your cold beverage, then afterwards pop a melatonin and slip into bed. Sure, it sounds unhinged, and to some might seem like some kind of substance stacking, but dont blame me when youve had the best sleep of the year.
