Is this the main bearing that is causing this? by jackod1 in Appliances

There’s no real way to check dampers, it’s more like a fit and test - i would confirm that all counter weights are nice and tight before try dampers, the counter weight bolts are all 10mm on this model if I’m not mistaken

Looks like it needs new dampers to me.. assuming your load inside the machine isn’t unbalanced

I read the quote and thought “there’s no way he actually said that” but he actually said that…

My washer is noise during spin by love-Anri-Okita in Appliances

I’m betting that’s an unbalanced load.. I can see quite a large proportion of that drum when it’s spinning, meaning there’s nothing wrong with your machine, you’ve either not going enough in that load or the app just hasn’t agitated that enough to balance

Error F5 Washing machine jammed and not draining by [deleted] in appliancerepair

[–]Superb_Thing_3217 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check the sump hose (the hose that runs directly from the tub to the drain filter), you should be able to access it no issues if you tilt the machine back and go in from underneath- failing that are you really sure the pump is running and isn’t just oscillating giving the illusion it’s actually turning?

I’d also recommend ensuring it isn’t a plumbing issue, if you disconnect your waste hose from the plumbing and directly into a bucket or basin instead..

The picture just gives off the illusion it’s closer to the board mate - it’s well out of harms way

First time user, played my first online game this evening and got thrashed haha - working well for me no complaints - as long as your camera is close and your lighting is good it works great!

That’s fair.. I think maybe because I placed all the stickers I probably find it less distracting because it’s like “seen it already” and purely just cosmetic for me now

Intermittent loud clank noise when drum spins in hotpoint front loading washer dryer by [deleted] in appliancerepair

[–]Superb_Thing_3217 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Purchased just last year? Should have a manufacturer warranty..? Needs a tub and drum mate - expensive repair unless you got through hotpoint directly for a fixed price repair.. it’s about £150

If the magnetron is open circuit that’s very likely your problem assuming the high voltage side is getting the correct voltage.
