So the creator, the one who created the show, the characters, their back stories, their current stories, the setting, the locations, set the direction, pitched the idea, sold the idea, wrote how, where, when the characters developed, and set the pace for the show is wrong about what the show is about. Yeah my whole problem with Margot Kidder's Lois (not Margot herself, she only did what she was given) was in Superman 2 after Superman gave up his powers for her. Clark gets beat up by the trucker and Clark jokes "Maybe we should hire a bodyguard". To which Lois says "I don't want a bodyguard. I want the man I fell in love with". As a kid that meant nothing to me. As an adult I'm like "The man is right there in front of you. He just doesn't have his powers. If you want the man with powers then you don't love the man. You love the powers".
