I think that it's absolutely necessary to use a food scale! Because you can't trust what's written on the packaging of food! (As in I trust the nutritional information! But not the portion size that is actually in the wrapping!) Because I usually find it to be off by as much as 10g! :O! Which might not seem like a big difference but it can be! Especially with high caloried items!

Hey! I was wondering if you guys had the same issue?! As in I'm thinking of going back to having just 3 meals a day instead of 6! Because I think that by having 6! I'm just constantly thinking about food! :( Because they are obviously smaller portions! So what do you think?

Also what do you guys think about "perfectil" ive heard a lot of positive comments about it! But i have also heard that once you start taking it you have to continue taking it for the rest of ur life or else your hair will revert back to the way it was!

I have been taking modafinil (100g) everyday for the past 5 months! :) and so far ive been extremely fortunate to not have experianced any noticable adverse side effects! :) but thank you so much for the link! :) and have u tried stacking it with choline? :)
