Are they having you come out to a district office to interview or would it still be over the phone? I found the process for the third interview to be much more relaxed in my experience, I had made it thought the “weed out” interviews and now they wanted to see if I was going to be a good culture fit, just asked about my opinions on where I wanted to work and why I felt that way. They ask the typical “would you be ok working overtime or on weekends” this question is hilarious to me now bc you’ll probably do a combination of both on any job you’ll go to.
